Dark purple colour. Fragrant nose with floral hints, ripe dark berries, crème de cassis, damp tobacco and fine spices. The palate is dense and weighty with some oak flavours but a fresh backbone, good extract, rounded tannin, ripe dark berry flavours, fine spices and a long dense finish.
