Medium deep ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose is layered with fine oak, tobacco, spice box, red currant and cherry notes. Medium bodied with a fresh backbone, nicely nuanced and digest with an herbal spiciness, still a youthful tannic bite but no harshness, and a long and layered finish. Nice elegance and drinkability but would improve from some more cellaring.
