Intense dark inky purple colour. High ripeness on the nose, jammed berries, prune and cassis with new oak and chocolate. Youthful palate with a rather high extraction, still on the tannic side with some new oak flavours, generous dark fruit but still a bit restrained on the finish. Needs time to soften, best drunk after 2020.
