Vely Prodhomme – Blanc de Blancs – 2009

Bright light golden colour with a green hue. Pure nose, youthful with stony and chalky notes, displaying youthful fruit, fresh pear, citrus, pine nuts and some herbal notes. The palate shows youthful energy with purity and freshness, still restrained fruit but balanced with a creamy texture and a long vivid finish. Still needing time to open and develop complexity.
