Veramonte – Ritual Sauvignon Blanc Premium – 2016

Bright transparent colour with a green hue. Pure nose, discreet fruit lime, citrus and kiwi with a slight flinty note, after aeration a slight hint of wood emerges. The palate has medium weight with a crisp acidity a balanced citrus/bitterness, good grip, flavour intensity and integrated oak. Textured and flavour intense even if the aromas are still young and closed. Long persistency and bite on the finish, discreet and firm style still needing time, but fine potential indeed.
