Vergelegen – V – 2009

Medium deep ruby red with a brick rim. Quite mature notes of dried fruit, cassis, herbs, coffee and spices. The palate is well rounded with a dense core, rather tannic and Pinotage-like but with good fruit, cassis, plum and a long, sweet finish.
