Veuve Clicquot – Vintage – 2008

Youthful straw colour with a green hue and vivid mousse. Youthful and pure nose displaying herbal notes, lemongrass, ginger, citrus and lime. Medium bodied structure with youthful fruit, zesty fruit, apple, pear, a creamy mousse, vibrant and fresh with a medium to long finish. Still youthful but nice purity. Should develop well.
