Bright pale straw colour with a lively mousse. Youthful nose of white fleshed fruit, green apple, lime, citrus. The palate is on the lighter side, still a bit restrained with youthful fruit, crushed apple and fresh almond notes, a fresh backbone and a medium to long finish.
