Light golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousseux. Some creamy yeast-derived aromas of butter with citrus, lime, chamomile and white fleshed fruit. Medium weight with a crisp acidity, youthful but balanced mousseux, bright fruit, crushed apple and citrus notes with a rather long finish.
