Vie di Romans – Dut’Un – 2008

Beautiful, golden colour; rich, ripe and intense nose of honey, stone fruits, peach, apricot and a mineral hint, a good notion of ripeness, perhaps a touch of noble rot. The palate is rich and full, it has plenty of fruit, it is close to dry, but with high viscosity and opulent texture; balanced bitterness that adds structure, some zesty notes and a very long, warm finish.
