Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Pure and flinty nose, with toasted notes, crushed nuts, fresh pineapple, lemongrass and herbal notes. Bright and textured palate with both freshness and exotic fruit flavours, fine extract (slight skin maceration?) adding plenty of lift, layered with unctuous yellow fruit and a long pure finish. Stylish.
