Vieux Château Gaubert – 2020

Graves
MEDAILLE-TASTED-91-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Dark garnet colour with a purple hue. Gently toasted notes, graphite, ripe dark fruit and some oak derived spiciness. The palate is dense and meaty with layers of ripe dark fruit, finely built with mild tannin, good grain and polish with high ripeness a slightly "southern" touch but balanced by a good level of freshness and long meaty finish.
