Youthful white wine, with a pale straw colour; a slight green tinge indicating youth. Nice purity, some mineral notes. Quite discreet fruit at first, ripe lemon; slightly youthful fruit like green apple, fresh pear. No evident oak. Palate has a good bite, it’s a medium-bodied wine with absence of oak; fresh, crisp acidity with youthful fruit, like apple, quince and some lemony notes. Some nutty notes as well, like fresh almonds. It has a good length, good purity, good precision. A fine example of a gently vinified Chardonnay in a digest gastronomic style.
