Bright straw colour with a slight green hue. Pure and aromatic with some grassy and herbal notes - lemongrass, crushed apple, wild herbs and lime zest with mild oak underneath. The palate offers medium weight with a bright acidity adding lift, mild extract with digest yellow fruit notes a slight nerbaceous spiciness and fine length.
