Vignoble du Marathonien – Vendange Tardive – 2014

Bright medium deep golden colour. Very intense and perfumed nose, exuding ripe apricot, stone fruit, honey, beeswax, almond and nutty notes with fine spices and pastry notes as well. The palate has a very high sweetness but finely balanced by a fresh acidity in the background, viscous and rounded texture with layers of sweet fruit flavours and a very long dense finish. Really tempting, intense and flamboyant.
