Vignobles Bouillac – Les Mains Sales – 2011

Youthful inky purple core with a slight maturity on the rim. Pure and floral with blackberry, cassis, butterscotch, fine spices and mild oak. The palate is still on the youfhul side with a firm tannic grip rather high extraction and high acidity, nice dark fruit but still a tannic wood presence, good length but a bit dry on the finish.
