Vignobles Chabert – Domaine Bories – 2011

Very dark and inky, fine oak, dark fruit aromas, cassis, black plum, leather and a very dense palate with massive dark fruit, yet without hard edges, nice spicy notes of liquorices and mint, firm but ripe tannin contribute to a very long and bright finish, still youthful and tight but excellent material for ageing.
