Bright pale straw colour with a slight copper hint. Youthful ripe fruit such a s fresh pear with some floral and herbal notes. Good grip and texture, finely rounded yet with a fresh acidity, ripe plum and pear notes with an underlying spiciness with a rather long, fresh and grippy finish.
