Vignobles Patrick Jaume – Domaine des Chanssaud – 2015

Medium deep straw colour with a copper/pink hue. Ripe and sweet nose of quince, pear, walnut, dry spices and some honeyed notes. Bold and broad structure with white fleshed fruit, spicy and nutty with some phenolic presence, and a dense and long finish. Structured and rich with a well-preserved acidity.
