France,
Bordeaux,
Quite high colour intensity, blue-purple core. Still no evolution on the rim. Attractive nose, there is some floral hints. Fresh dark fruit like blackberry, plum, some notes of cassis, no oak really. The palate confirms the aromatic sensation here. We do have a quite backbone of tannin there. It is not harsh or austere. I would say quite modern vinification there with juicy and attractive fruit. Good drinkability. It keeps within the frame of medium-bodied and medium towards long finish. Not a wine for the long term but rather for drinking it in the coming two to three years. So a fine example.
