France,
Champagne,
Very bright quite transparent, not a lot of depth in terms of colour medium straw with a youthful and vivid mousse. Good purity on the nose. Still appearing youthful with no age complexity. Rather on the primary fruity side with green apple, pear, some citrus. Hint of minerality. However, it has a good bite on the palate. Quite good concentration. Fine extract. Really vivid acidity. The fruit is still a bit youthful and restrained. Not in a negative way it is just still youthful. It should have some more time to develop. Really mineral and mouth-watering. Good length and quite elegant fruit. Give this one a few more years and you should enjoy it.
