Villa Conchi – Brut Selección – NV

Pale and bright with a fine mousse. Pure nose of fresh citrus, chamomile, fresh almond and green apple. Crisp palate, classically bone dry with a fresh acidity, young but gentle mousse, rather long and nutty finish with some autolytic yeast character.
