Villa Crespia – Simbiotico – NV

Bright vinous and distinct style. Light golden color with a fine mousse. Vinous and intense nose, perhaps a hint of oak, ripe citrus, stone fruit, crushed nuts, butter and white flower. The palate is on the fuller side, some extract/fine bitterness with a fresh acidity, well-integrated mousse, plenty of spicy yellow fruit and a rather long, warm finish.
