Villa Franciacorta – Cuvette – 2010

Light to medium deep golden colour with an intense mousse of fine bubbles. Rather sweet nose of tropical fruit hints like mango and peach with some buttery and almond like hints. The palate has nice restraint and freshness, less opulent than the nose with a salivating freshness creamy mid palate, layers of yellow fruit with some autolytic notes like fresh butter and good length.
