Villa Sandi – Brut – 2014

Sparkling wine with a youthful pale colour, with a slight green tinge, very vivid, very creamy mousse, plenty of small bubbles there. Generous nose, classically fresh with those fresh hints of; fresh grapes, pear, green apple and citrus. Generous palate as well, on the lighter side in terms of structure. With that youthful fruit like crushed apple, some notes of those fresh grapes and a lot of creaminess, but very fine bubbles still. Nice, creamy and rounded with a smooth finish. A wine that is very pleasurable. Still youthful, but I think it is something that should be enjoyed for that fresh and vivid fruits. So a nice example.
