Inky dark core and garnet towards the rim. Floral with violet notes, crushed blackberry, cassis and fine raw meat with some toast and oak. Very good polish and concentration with grainy tannin, layers of meaty and peppery dark fruit with a fine level of freshness giving lift to the rather massive but not heavy structure. very long and finely spicy finsih with plenty of stuffing.
