Dense core but a mature rim. Developed nose, some oxidation, dried fruit notes like plum, dried herbs and some new oak. The palate is on the fuller side with high tannin that has mostly integrated, the fruit starting to dry put with herbal flavours, still some woody notes and fairly long slightly rustic finish.
