Dense dark ruby with a lighter rim. The nose is still rather youthful offering dark fruit, fresh berries and plum with mild spices like ginger and clove and discreet wood. The palate is dense and weighty with lush dark fruit, good freshness and still present but ripe tannin, long and lingering, a bright modern wine with good potential.
