Slightly hazy (unfiltered) straw colour. Rather restrained nose, flinty and stony with pale stone fruit, citrus and crushed nuts. Very biting and salivating palate, medium weight with a nicely austere and steely texture, still youthful and restrained fruit some buttery/lees notes and nicely mouthwatering and layered with long persistency and fine potential for further cellaring.
