Vinadeis – Château Notre Dame du Quatourze – 2015

Dark ruby red colour. The nose displays new oak, some meaty/animal notes, pepper and dry spices with darker fruit character. Medium body with rather high extract tannin, some leathery notes and dark fruit flavours, medium long finish, still a bit dry.
