Medium deep golden colour with a mature and fine mousseux. Spicy and roasted notes with quite exotic fruit like candied citrus, pineapple and some brioche notes. The palate is bone dry with a fresh bite, mouth-watering and salivating yet with ripeness and unctuous stone fruit, good grip and length.
