Inky dark purple colour. Some roasted and smoky notes, very high ripeness, jammed dark berries, creme de cassis and some herbal notes. The palate is dense and sweet with dried and raisin like fruit flavours, a firm tannic backbone and a long finish. Ambitious and concentrated, yet a bit port-like with dried fruit and a rather tannic finish.
