Medium deep ruby colour with an orange rim. The nose offers some wood, leather, tobacco, fresh red currant and cherry notes. Medium towards full structure, still unresolved with a youthful tannic texture, yet with nice layers of elegant fruit and long persistency. A wine still deserving another few years of ageing.
