Quite light colour, light ruby with a tawnier rim. Pure and floral nose, displaying some rose petal, sweet red berries, some notes of cardamom and clove, dry spices; not a lot of new oak, and quite elegant sweet red fruit. Nicely balanced palate, very silky integrated tannin; it has a rather soft and supple texture, with those sweet red fruity flavours lingering, well-supported by a mild spiciness with white pepper, clove. Clearly a Pinot Noir style; well-balanced with well-integrated tannin, well-integrated wood. Nicely rounded finish. Elegant and supple style, with an excellent drinkability. Good!
