Chile,
Colchagua Valley,
Medium deep colour, ruby-red. The nose is offering some leafy notes; like tobacco, tea leaf, wild herbs with mostly red fruit. There is some notes of mint as well and then sweet red currant and plum. The palate has medium weight. Quite high freshness, high acidity. Moderate ripeness I would say. It is more on the fresh red plum, red currant notes and also those herbal and leafy notes are indicating a slightly cooler and restrained style. So medium weight with a moderate level of tannin. High freshness, discreet alcohol. No noticeable oak really and a medium-long finish.
