Bright straw colour with a copper hue and young vivid bubbles. Spicy nose offering clove, ginger, citrus and mint with white fleshed fruit. Medium weight on the palate, rather high dosage and a mild creaminess, sweet fruity notes, and a rounded finish with medium persistency.
