Waterkloof – Circle of Life – 2009

Bright, dark, purple core; modern nose with vanilla scented new oak, dark plum, blackberry and leather; the palate has some smoky and meaty notes a la Pinotage, most attractive and mouth filling with very appealing dark fruit, polished tannin and a really good length; young and unresolved as yet, but should develop very well - a truly potent wine.
