Waterkloof – Circle of Life – 2011

Very intense nose, a high proportion of new oak, although well integrated - vanilla, roasted nuts, apricot and lemon curd emanates from the glass; rather full and structured with tropical fruit notes, a creamy texture and well integrated freshness, assertive and long finish - well made and potent - still a touch on the young side.
