Waverley Hills – Organic CW Reserve – 2013

Medium to dark ruby red colour. Nuanced nose with fine spices, pepper, gingerbread blending red and dark berries with some meaty notes and fine wood. Digest palate with fine freshness, rounded extract, discreet wood, spicy notes, elegant sweet fruit, cassis and blackberry, well integrated tannin and a very long, layered finish. Well balanced and really potent.
