Dark ruby colour with a lighter rim. Some maturity on the nose, new oak, dry spices, cassis and dark berries. The palate is dense, still with a firm tannic bite, restrained fruit, some oak flavours, and a medium to long finish. A bit closed and dry needing time to open.
