Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and youthful nose offering crushed apple, pear, citrus and lime notes with a slight hint of oak. Medium weight with a youthful freshness, roasted oak and white fleshed fruit notes, fine extract, a zesty lime/lemongrass spiciness and a rather long finish.
