Pale straw colour. Very bright and youthful with a green hue. Pure nose. Still very youthful with a quite austere fruit. Barely ripe, green apple. More on the floral herbal side, with some hints of lemon and lime zest, barley ripe melon. Good bite on the palate. Quite grippy acidity there. Salivating on the palate. Light to medium weight, but still with a quite decent flavour intensity. Much more of an expression without that lush and tropical fruit. You get much more of the lemon and lime side, with a mineral finish. Quite long and lingering, but unresolved. Certainly a style which today could appear a bit lean, if you are not use to that style. But should develop more roundness and harmony from further ageing.
