Youthful appearance here, with a slight green hue. Light straw colour. Pure nose. Quite mineral style. Stony, with barley ripe fruit, green apple and pear. With some hints of citrus as well. Medium weight on the palate, but it has a really good bite, with fine extract. Youthful acidity. Well-integrated. Quite long, salivating finish. Restrained for now, but certainly can be enjoyed for its mineral freshness.
