Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Medium deep, golden colour with some evolution. Very intense nose. There is a good deal of complexity here. Very intense, with notes of certainly botrytis effected or late harvested fruit. There is a lot of stone fruit here, like really ripe pear, sweet, almost baked apple, in the direction of apple pie with some of those spicy cinnamon notes, quince, honey. A lot of spice box as well. Good purity all along the way. There is a presence of minerality. Very tempting and inviting. Yeah, this is hard to resist it is backed up a fresh acidity. It has a dense texture with a lot of sweet fruit. It is not immensely sweetness though, there is a high sweetness but I think it is balanced on the palate. The finish is still fresh. It has a good level of drinkability. It appears fairly young, but it is already what I would call drinkable. Everything is in balance even though this is a wine with quite unlimited potential for further cellaring.
