Quite pale colour, light straw with a green hue. Pure nose. Slight hint of minerality, with a classic pepperiness. Gentle spices and barely ripe stone fruit. It is rather green apple, pear, with a slight herbal spiciness. Good purity. Good bite on the palate. Distinctly dry. Slightly lighter weight, but it has good flavour intensity with nicely austere fruit, with some layered spiciness, grapefruit zest. Quite long, salivating, fresh finish.
