Pale straw colour with a copper hue and light fizz. Fresh and youthful nose of green apple, chamomile and citrus. The palate is on the lighter side with a youthful freshness and some extract/tannin adding lift and freshness, fresh citrus and crushed pear flavours with a medium long finish.
