Bright light golden colour with a light fizz. The nose is nuanced, pure and intense combining ripe stone fruit, fresh pineapple and peach with stony mineral notes, fresh ginger and lemongrass. The palate has a sleek structure, yet with plenty of stuffing and flavour intensity, very long and grippy with a remarkable freshness, bright yellow fruit notes and a salivating finish.
