Austria,
Burgenland,
Medium deep golden colour, very intense nose. Still youthful but obviously botrytis effected with a high concentration, combining yellow fruit. High presence of what I would say Muscat or Muscadel with those gapey notes, fresh gape, very floral. No indication of oak. Very tempting. Quite light-bodied, but with a dense texture. There is a high level of sweetness here, but it still has that youthful brightness to it. Backed up by a very fresh acidity. Very low in alcohol. Long and lingering finish. Really enjoyable today. I would drink it really well chilled. It certainly has the sweetness to back up any dessert we can imagine. So a fine example.
