Germany,
Rheingau,
Youthful appearance here, medium intense straw colour, with a green tinge appearing rather youthful. Good purity, youthful, fresh and clean. Still very much on the primary fruit. There is a grapey presence here, like fresh grapes. Fruitiness is a bit restrained. More on the green apple, pear, citrus and lime. With a certain minerality. Crisp and bone dry. Really salivating with a youthful, bright acidity. Still a bit dominant on the palate. There is nice fruit appearing more on the finish there; like quince, apple and pear. Nice zestiness with those lime and citrusy notes. So more of a light bodied yet I would say with good flavour intensity and that presence of freshness and crispiness. Good length and good purity. So doubtlessly a wine with a potential I would prefer to consume two to four years from now, but it should keep a bit longer than that.
