Germany,
Rheingau,
Light straw yellow there, very youthful with a slight green tinge. Pure nose. Bordering on yellow fruit, with apricot, yellow plum, ripe citrus. Also with a slight notion of minerality or stoniness. This is a wine that has a certain sweetness. I would think Kabinett style. The acidity is really elevated and bright. So on the finish it turns out almost dry. However, I like that slight sweetness adding a bit of roundness and complexity to the flavours. So attractive yellow fruit there, barely ripe yellow fruit with some citrusy notes. Rather light to medium weight, but it has a good length, good purity. A style of wine, I think is very gastronomic thanks to its purity. Very often with modern dishes, where you have a lot of spiciness or certain sweetness, this is really the style of wine you need with it, so just drink it.
